I grabbed a scarf from echonewyork.com last winter and, somehow, despite me wearing it constantly and basically abusing it by tossing it into every bag I own, it still looks almost new. No loose threads, no weird fraying, nothing dramatic. Rude of it to actually hold up this well, honestly. I’m happy with how sturdy it feels.

i mean, my order from Echo New York got here faster than I thought it would. The tracking updated normally, and everything showed up in good shape. It wasn’t like next-day delivery or anything, but still quick overall. I’d give the shipping 4 stars...

I ordered a scarf from echonewyork.com and I’ve been wearing it a lot, especially on chilly mornings. It’s really soft around my neck and keeps me warm without feeling bulky or too heavy. Shipping wasn’t the fastest, but it wasn’t a big deal. My only real complaint is the price, it felt a bit high compared to... well, I guess I just expected it to be a little less. Still, I’m happy with it overall.

I spent some time on echonewyork.com just poking around, and overall it did what I needed it to do. The pages loaded normally for me, and I found the menu without much trouble, which is always a relief because some sites hide everything like it’s a treasure hunt. I was actually drinking coffee while browsing and got distracted for a minute by my neighbor’s dog barking, but when I came back, the site was still easy enough to pick back up.

The only thing is that browsing products felt a little clunky in spots. The filters could definitely be more helpful, and I ended up clicking around more than I really wanted to. It’s not a bad site at all, just not the smoothest experience. Kind of like going to a store where everything is there, but a few aisles are labeled weirdly

At first glance the site seemed fine, but the more I looked around, the more the design started to feel cluttered and a little outdated. The colors didn’t always work well together, and some of the product photos felt kind of mismatched, which made it hard for me to get a clear sense of the overall style. I was expecting something cleaner and easier on the eyes. It’s not awful, but it left more of a negative impression than a good one for me

My order showed up exactly right, down to the little details. Nothing was missing or mixed up, which I really appreciated.

My order arrived on time and everything inside was fine, so I can’t really complain too much. I’ve ordered from similar places before where the packaging felt a little more polished, so I guess I was expecting something along those lines here. The box was slightly bent on one side and the tissue paper inside was crumpled.
Nothing was actually damaged, which is definitely the most important part, but the unboxing just felt a bit underwhelming for the price. It wasn’t bad by any means, just more basic than I thought it would be.

They sent clear return instructions, there wasn’t any annoying back and forth, and the replacement showed up faster than I expected. The refund/credit part was handled without any issues too. I kept waiting for some kind of snag, but there really wasn’t one. Always nice when a return doesn’t turn into a whole ordeal.

I ordered a scarf from Echo New York and it’s really nice and I don’t have any real complaints about the quality, shipping was fine too, but for what I paid I guess I was expecting it to feel a little more special or luxe or something. It’s not bad at all and I’d still wear it, I’m just not totally sure it’s worth full price, so I’d probably wait for a sale next time.

I ended up sizing up because I was worried it might be a little too snug, and I’m glad I did. It fits well now, so I’d say if you’re unsure, going up a size is probably the safer choice.

I’ll give them credit, the colors matched the photos well. i was kind of expecting them to be a little off, but they looked about the same in person.

I wasn’t expecting much when I reached out, but customer service replied quickly and actually helped me fix the issue without making it a whole annoying back-and-forth thing, so that was a nice surprise.

The material feels decent overall, but the stitching on mine was kind of uneven. I don’t know, something about it just made it feel a little less nice than I expected. It’s not terrible, but I was hoping for a bit better quality

I never seem to have much luck picking gifts, so I was just hoping this wouldn’t be another thing I got wrong. But my sister actually loved it, which was a huge relief. The packaging looked really nice too, so at least for once I didn’t feel like I showed up with something thrown together.

i used a discount code at checkout and it went through without any issues. made the order feel a bit cheaper, so yeah, i’m happy with it
